Supporting local cleanups
From family cleanouts to major construction projects, we help homeowners, contractors and businesses across metro Atlanta keep their spaces clean and their projects on schedule — and we help support neighborhood cleanups, community improvement projects and local events throughout the area. When a neighborhood association, an HOA, a church, a school or a volunteer crew runs a cleanup day, the hard part is always the pile at the end. A roll-off is often exactly what they need: a 30 yard handles the bulk trash and large debris from a neighborhood or HOA cleanup, and a 40 the staging and temporary structures from a large event.
One honest tip: some of the work is already covered. Inside the City of Atlanta, residents can schedule bulk pickups — up to eight cubic yards of junk or tree waste at the curb — and the City points residents to CHaRM, 1110 Hill St SE, by appointment, for household hazardous waste, tires and other hard-to-recycle items. East Point gives single-family residents two free bulk amnesty pickups a year. Check those first. If your project is bigger than that, call us.
Working with local groups
HOAs, neighborhood associations, churches, schools and local organizations — if your group is planning a cleanup or an improvement project and needs a container, call (470) 407-6185 or email info@404dumpsolutions.com and tell us what you are doing. We serve Atlanta and the surrounding communities, including Sandy Springs, Marietta, Alpharetta, Roswell, Decatur, Smyrna, Duluth, Lawrenceville, Kennesaw, Johns Creek, Brookhaven, Tucker, Norcross, East Point, College Park and Dunwoody. Where a city runs its own sanitation or a franchise, we check the City's rules first and tell you what applies.
We believe in supporting the local economy by hiring locally and investing in training our drivers and team members. A local company should mean local jobs.
Responsible disposal
Keeping the area clean also means sending what we haul to the right place. We work with local recycling and waste processing facilities to reduce unnecessary landfill waste whenever possible — metal, concrete, asphalt, wood, cardboard and yard waste go to recycling where local processing allows, and everything else to a permitted facility for that kind of waste, as Georgia's rules require. Georgia keeps lead-acid batteries, liquids, hazardous waste and PCBs out of every disposal facility and whole tires out of its landfills, so they stay out of the box — and household chemicals go to CHaRM or another proper outlet, never the container.
