404 Dump Solutions runs out of a yard at 4445 Wendell Dr SW, in the Fulton Industrial District on the west side of town — unincorporated Fulton County, just outside the City of Atlanta. The idea is simple: dumpster rental with honest pricing and somebody who answers the phone. So we keep it plain. One flat number that covers the job. A delivery we keep. A local person on the line, not a national call center.
Atlanta is a big place to know — 498,715 people in the city at the 2020 Census and 1,066,710 in Fulton County, with the city reaching into DeKalb as well. Homeowners call about cleanouts, remodels and storm-damaged roofs; property managers turn over units; contractors build from Downtown and West Midtown to Buckhead and out to the suburbs. Knowing which of those a call is before the truck leaves the yard is most of the job — along with knowing that City bulk pickup takes only four cubic yards of do-it-yourself building material and no contractor debris at all, that a container in a City street needs a Department of Transportation dumpster permit, and that Georgia will not let lead-acid batteries, liquids or hazardous waste into any of its landfills.
Whatever you are clearing — a garage or a whole house, a job site, a yard full of storm limbs or a rental you want emptied by a crew — the container exists for it. Call (470) 407-6185 and describe it in a sentence.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the location, what you are clearing — a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard, a job site — roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
You get one number that can cover delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard 7-day rental and an included weight allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size.
The driver sets the container on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, with protective boards under it if you want them. Often same-day or next-day, depending on availability. You do not need to be home.
Keep it level with the top rim and keep the banned items out — paint and solvents, chemicals, oil and fuel, batteries, tires, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos, and fridges or A/C units with refrigerant. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
The load goes to a permitted facility for that kind of waste — Georgia allows nothing else — with metal, concrete, wood and yard waste recycled through local facilities whenever possible. You get your driveway back the way you left it.
On the job
We walk you through placement before the truck backs in, and check in again at pickup.

Local knowledge
There is a difference between covering an area and knowing it. We know which drives the truck fits down, that a container in a City of Atlanta street needs a Department of Transportation dumpster permit — $20 plus $10 a day, and only if it cannot go on private property — that Sandy Springs keeps containers off its rights-of-way altogether, and that Norcross, East Point and the DeKalb-served cities keep collection to the city, the county or a franchisee, so there we check the City's rules before booking.
Our service area page lists every city we cover, grouped by area, and each has its own page covering access, housing and what that city's own code says about containers in the street and who may haul.

Why us
The phone is answered by someone who knows Atlanta neighborhoods, traffic patterns and job-site logistics — a tight drive in Decatur, a big lot in Marietta, a job site near Downtown.
Delivery, the rental, pickup, disposal and an included weight allowance in a single number. No hidden fees, no hidden fuel surcharges. If your load looks like it will go over, we say so before the truck leaves the yard.
Call before noon and many orders have a good chance of going out the same day, depending on availability. If it has to be tomorrow, we tell you before you book.
Protective boards under the container when you want them, and the driver tells you before delivery if a tight drive, low wires or soft ground needs a different approach.
Weight fills a container long before volume does. If a 10 yard is the honest answer for your broken-up concrete, that is what we will quote you.
Thunderstorms drop limbs, fences and shingles in an afternoon. We tell you honestly when the container can be there.

Atlanta and cities across Fulton, Cobb, DeKalb and Gwinnett counties, from College Park to Alpharetta and from Marietta to Lawrenceville. We tell you honestly about timing and any city rule before you book.
Georgia keeps lead-acid batteries, liquids, hazardous waste and PCBs out of every disposal facility, whole tires out of its landfills, and asbestos out of anything but an authorized site. We keep those out of the box, recycle what the facilities take, and say so.

We run roll-off containers out of our yard in the Fulton Industrial District to every city below. Many orders go out same-day depending on availability; distance and route timing decide the rest. Rentals generally range from about $350 to $750 depending on the project, with no hidden fees. The price depends on the size, the type and weight of the debris, how long you keep it and the delivery location within metro Atlanta. You get one flat rate up front that can include delivery, pickup, disposal, the standard 7-day rental and the included weight — about 1 to 2 tons on a 10 yard, up to 5 to 6 on a 40. Going over the weight can cost extra, and extra days are an additional daily or weekly rate. Call (470) 407-6185 for a firm number for your address.
In many areas the same day or next day, depending on availability — call before noon for the best chance of same-day. We tell you which when you call.
On your own driveway or private property we found no City of Atlanta permit rule for a roll-off. A City street, sidewalk or right-of-way is different: City Code Sec. 138-61 makes it unlawful to place a dumpster there without a dumpster permit from the Department of Transportation, and the City issues one only if the dumpster cannot be accommodated on private property. The fee is $20 plus $10 a day for up to 100 linear feet, the permit lasts no more than six months, and the container has to keep clear of bus stops, intersections, crosswalks, accessible parking and fire hydrants. Fines can reach $1,000 a day. We found no Georgia DOT permit for a roll-off on a state route right-of-way. Check your HOA too. We flag it when you book.
Georgia bans lead-acid batteries, liquid waste in landfills, regulated quantities of hazardous waste, radioactive waste and PCBs from its disposal facilities (Rule 391-3-4-.04(6)(b)), and whole tires from its landfills. We also keep out paints and solvents, oils and fuels, propane tanks and gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos and fridges, freezers or A/C units that still hold refrigerant. Inside the City of Atlanta there is no City household hazardous waste program; the City points residents to CHaRM, 1110 Hill St SE, by appointment only.
We take precautions to protect driveways during delivery and pickup, and many customers put plywood boards under the wheels for extra protection, especially on decorative or newer driveways. Tell us before delivery if a surface worries you.
Volume and weight are two separate limits, and the material decides which runs out first. Small cleanups and heavy debris — roofing, concrete, dirt — are a 10 or 15; remodeling projects, landscaping and larger household cleanouts a 20; construction, demolition and large commercial projects a 30 or 40. The size guide covers it; the phone call confirms it.
Yes — Sandy Springs, Roswell, Alpharetta, Johns Creek, East Point and College Park in Fulton County; Marietta, Smyrna and Kennesaw in Cobb; Decatur, Brookhaven, Dunwoody and Tucker in DeKalb; and Norcross, Duluth and Lawrenceville in Gwinnett. Each city has its own rules on who may haul and where a container can sit; each city page quotes them, and where a city runs its own sanitation or a franchise we check the City's rules before booking.
Early. Same-day depends on availability and a call before noon gives you the best chance. For a planned remodel or cleanout, a few days' notice gets you the size you want on the day you want it — and if the box has to go in a City street, the permit has to be in hand first.
