Nature of our service

404 Dump Solutions arranges temporary roll-off dumpster rentals for residential, commercial and construction projects in Atlanta, Georgia and the surrounding metro Atlanta communities. Depending on the project, the schedule and the location, we may provide the rental directly or connect you with an independent local dumpster rental provider ("Service Provider"). When you request a quote, submit information through the website or call us, your information may be shared with a Service Provider able to handle your request. We do not operate disposal sites or landfill facilities. Each Service Provider operates independently and is responsible for its own pricing, scheduling, operations, customer service and performance. All rentals are subject to availability and to local, county and state rules, including the City of Atlanta's and Georgia's solid waste requirements.

Acceptance of terms

By using the website, submitting a form, requesting a quote or contacting us by phone, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, that you understand how our service works, and that you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

No guarantee of service

We work to provide reliable dumpster rental, but we do not guarantee service availability in every area, or any particular price, schedule or completion date. Same-day and next-day delivery depend on availability. Where a Service Provider handles your rental, the service is performed by that provider, any service agreement is between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for disputes, delays, cancellations or damages arising from it.

Information collection and sharing

When you request a quote, contact us or call, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address or service location and the details of your rental needs. This information is shared only with those who need it to respond to your request and coordinate the rental, such as a relevant local Service Provider. The Privacy Policy explains more.

Payments and pricing

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Our flat-rate pricing can include delivery, pickup, disposal within the included weight allowance and the standard rental period. Additional charges may apply for weight over the included allowance, based on the disposal facility's weight measurements, and for extra rental days, as quoted. We accept most major credit and debit cards, and payment is generally collected when your booking is confirmed, to reserve your delivery. Where a Service Provider handles the rental, pricing, billing, invoices, payment collection, refunds and any overage charges may be handled directly between you and that provider, and we are not responsible for that provider's quotes, billing disputes, refund requests, additional fees or payment processing.

Use of the container

Most rentals include a standard 7-day rental period unless otherwise agreed; extensions may be available for an additional daily or weekly rate. Load the container no higher than its top rim — an overfilled container cannot legally or safely be transported — spread the weight evenly, and keep the delivery area clear of vehicles and obstacles. Do not place paints or solvents, hazardous chemicals, oils or fuels, batteries, tires, propane tanks or gas cylinders, medical waste, asbestos-containing materials or appliances containing refrigerant in the container. Georgia prohibits lead-acid batteries, liquid waste in landfills, regulated quantities of hazardous waste, radioactive waste and PCB waste at its solid waste disposal facilities (Rule 391-3-4-.04(6)(b)), and anyone who disposes of a prohibited waste is in violation (Rule .04(6)(c)). Improper use may result in additional disposal fees or legal penalties.

Permits and placement

Placement on private property such as a driveway generally needs no permit. A dumpster placed in a public street, sidewalk or right-of-way may need a permit from the City of Atlanta or the local municipality — in the City of Atlanta, a Department of Transportation dumpster permit under City Code Sec. 138-61 — and some cities have their own placement rules. HOA covenants on containers are the customer's to check. We can help explain the local requirements when you book.

Service provider responsibility

When a Service Provider is involved, it operates as an independent business and is responsible for maintaining required licenses and insurance; obtaining permits when necessary; complying with local, state and federal laws; proper waste disposal and recycling; safe delivery and pickup; and preventing unnecessary property damage. 404 Dump Solutions does not supervise, manage or control the actions, operations or performance of Service Providers.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 404 Dump Solutions, its owners, affiliates, employees and partners are not liable for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, service interruptions, scheduling issues, delays or cancellations, errors or omissions on this website, or disputes between customers and Service Providers.

No warranties

The website and our services are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including about the quality or reliability of a Service Provider, the availability of dumpster rentals, the accuracy of pricing or website information, or the suitability of any service for a particular project or purpose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 404 Dump Solutions, its affiliates, employees, partners and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses or legal fees arising from your use of this website, your relationship with any Service Provider, a violation of these terms, or disputes related to dumpster rental services.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Georgia, and any dispute related to them, this website or our services is resolved exclusively in the courts located in Fulton County, Georgia. We may update these terms at any time; the updated version is posted here with a revised date, and continued use of the website or our services after that means you accept the changes.
