When same-day makes sense
Urgent cleanups, mostly. A thunderstorm can bring down limbs, fences and roofs in an afternoon. A property has to be cleared before a sale, a move or an inspection, a foreclosure cleaned out, a business renovation finished on a deadline. A small remodel turns into a bigger one. One thing same-day cannot promise is a street placement: a container in a City of Atlanta street or right-of-way needs a Department of Transportation dumpster permit first, issued only if it cannot fit on private property (City Code Sec. 138-61), and Brookhaven needs a city Dumpster Permit for a dumpster on a city street. So a same-day box goes on the driveway or the lot.
